Righteousness: Pre-Salvation (Christ’s Righteousness)

“Blessed is the man unto whom the LORD imputeth not iniquity, and in whose spirit there is no guile.” – Psalm 32:3

“But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousnesses are as filthy rags; and we all do fade as a leaf; and our iniquities, like the wind, have taken us away.” – Isaiah 64:6

Righteousness: Post-Salvation (Our Righteousness)

“Afterward Jesus findeth him in the temple, and said unto him, Behold, thou art made whole: sin no more, lest a worse thing come unto thee.” – John 5:14

“She said, No man, Lord. And Jesus said unto her, Neither do I condemn thee: go, and sin no more.” – John 8:11

“Do we then make void the law through faith? God forbid: yea, we establish the law.” – Romans 3:31

“What then? shall we sin, because we are not under the law, but under grace? God forbid.” – Romans 6:15

“Being then made free from sin, ye became the servants of righteousness.” –Romans 6:18
